Founder and Managing Director
Kunle is the Founder and Managing Director of KIT Ventures Ltd. He began his career in 1990 at Banki Braithwaite Insurance Brokers and has since built extensive experience in insurance brokering and capital consulting.
Kunle holds a B.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Ilorin. He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, an Associate Member of the Council of Registered Insurance Brokers of Nigeria, and an Associate Business Continuity Professional certified by the Disaster Recovery Institute International.
Over the years, he has held key positions in the industry, including Head of Marketing at Citizens Insurance Brokers, Assistant General Manager at Alliance & General Insurance and African Development Insurance Co. Ltd., and Deputy General Manager at Admiral Insurance Co. Ltd. From 2004 to 2009, he served as Managing Director/CEO of Koguna Babura Insurance Brokers Ltd. Additionally, he was a member of the Oil & Gas Technical Committee of the Nigerian Council of Insurance Brokers.

Irene began her career at Lees International in England as an Administrative Assistant before returning to Nigeria to join the then Marina International Bank (now Access Bank). There, she held key roles including Treasurer, Head of Marketing, and Regional Head. In
2005, she stepped away from the corporate world to focus on her most important role being a mother.
Her passion for children, especially those with learning challenges, led her to pursue a new path in education. Today, she leads Hansel and Gretel Nig. Ltd., an educational consultancy that provides school advisory services, supplies teaching resources, and offers teacher training programs.
Irene serves on the Governing Council of Grange Educational Limited, where she chairs the Education Committee and acts as the Safeguarding Governor. She holds a degree in Insurance Studies and Management from the University of Nottingham and a postgraduate diploma from City University, London.
